Prevention Tips
A sore throat is a pain and usually manages to creep up on us at the most inconvenient times. You know you can count on Cepacol® to relieve your sore throat so here are some tips to try and help prevent sore throats from happening in the first place.
Wash Your Hands
Clean and simple. Washing your hands frequently can help reduce your risk of catching or spreading germs that can lead to a sore throat.
Rest and Relax
Get enough sleep and avoid exhausting activities when you are not feeling your best. Your immune system is better prepared to fight off germs when you are well rested.
Rinse Your Throat Every Day
Gargling with an antiseptic mouthwash can help kill the bacteria that irritates your mouth and throat. Gargling with salt water may also help reduce sore throat pain.
